The 'Chipped' Lumbridge teleport is a modified Lumbridge teleport tablet that is created by using Dave's spellbook on a normal Lumbridge teleport tablet. Once you break it, it teleports you south of the Lumbridge Crater, very close to the Water Altar. The quest Evil Dave's Big Day Out must be completed to make this item.
