The 15th Anniversary cracker wings are a cosmetic override unlocked during the 15 Year Anniversary Celebrations. The wings are unlocked by adding all 15 statues to the party garden.
The partyhat fall animation contains all partyhats except for purple. This is because there is a limit of 5 particles per effect and since there are 6 partyhats, one had to be excluded.
