A Clean Slate is an achievement that requires the player to cleanse the Corrupted Seren Stone with at least one cleansing crystal.

This requires purchase of a cleansing crystal for 110,000 coins, alternatively the cleansing crystal can rarely be received from pickpocketing Hefin workers, or when cutting crystal trees with a crystal hatchet.
