The Troll Invasion Cave is a cave that the Mountain trolls use to try and invade Burthorpe. The cave is filled with Troll brutes to the west, Troll chuckers to the norths and Troll shamans to the east.

Corporal Boothe with his store Burthorpe Guard Quartermaster could be found just inside the cave, selling some basic equipment with which to fight the trolls. The cave used to be a mine, as shown by the rack of pickaxes and the minecart outside of the entrance. There is an inaccessible entrance at the end of the cave. Examining it gives the message "It's too dangerous to go deeper."
