Acenath is a grieving mother trying to gain an audience with the pharaoh of Menaphos (pharaoh Osman after the 'Phite Club quest). She lost her daughter Quibilah during the previous winter and fears that her other daughter Sagira won't survive the next. She remarks how the pharaoh sits upon piles of wealth while she has to scrimp in order to survive and supply her children with food and medicine.
