The Achto Primeval Mask is a level 90 Magic tank head slot item, part of the Achto Primeval equipment set. It is a rare drop from Raids bosses, and wearing the normal Primeval Mask doubles the chance of getting the drop. Besides Daemonheim-only armour, it offers the best defensive bonuses for any item in its slot, tied with other Raids equipment.

The achto primeval mask degrades to a broken state after 60,000 hits, and it can be repaired with Teci by the Armoursmith in Mazcab. Fighting in Raids does not degrade it at all. When wearing the Achto Primeval set, or a mix of the two, there is a chance that all of your defensive abilities will have their cooldowns reset. This effect is shared with the normal Primeval set, but the Achto set has an additional effect: when wearing a shield, your damage will be increased by half of the damage of an off-hand weapon of that shield's tier. If you die in the Wilderness with the achto primeval mask, it will drop coins instead of the item.
