An Adrenaline overload was a planned combination potion that would have been released alongside other combination potions in the second batch of Prifddinas. It would have been created using the Herblore skill, with a level of 98. It would have boosted the player's current adrenaline by 25%, and given the effects of all of five extreme potions for five minutes, reapplying these buffs every 15 seconds.

In order to make this potion, players would have had to find the recipe while Dungeoneering and then unlocked it from the Meilyr recipe shop, for 750,000 coins. It would have been made by using an overload (4) on an adrenaline potion (4) with a crystal flask in the player's inventory.
