Aeonisig Raispher is the Saradominist advisor to King Roald. He appears during Darkness of Hallowvale, and mentions the Edicts of Guthix, which questions his religious belifs. During the quest he makes himself seem difficult to bargain with, uptight even. Many players believe Aeonisig to be one of the conspirators seen during Legacy of Seergaze.
