Ahrim the Blighted's equipment is obtainable from the Barrows minigame. A full set consists of Ahrim's robetop, robeskirt, hood, and staff. The set requires 70 Magic and 70 Defence to wear, and Attack to use the staff. Ahrim's robes, tied with the Robes of Subjugation are the fifth greatest Magic robes in the game (after Ganodermic, Virtus, Tectonic, and Seasinger's robes). As such it is popular among high-levelled mages. The staff, on the other hand, is not commonly used as it is two-handed and there are two other staffs, the Staff of light and the Chaotic staff, which are more powerful 2-handed staffs.

Blighted Aura: Successful magic attacks have a chance of lowering the enemy's Strength by five levels repeatedly. Contrary to popular belief, it does NOT lower your Strength by 10%. The chance is random; however, it occurs in approximately 1 out of 5 casts, or roughly 20% of the time.
