Alfred Grimhand is an inexistent NPC. There have been unverified predictions by many players that he will one day be introduced. He is a Barbarian and, if introduced, his location is likely to be at the Barbarian Outpost. He created a miniquest named 'The Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl' that involves the player travelling all over Gielinor to look for grotesque beers and drinks. Once the player has drank every drink required, they gain access to the Barbarian Outpost.
