Alfred Grimhand does not yet exist on RuneScape, but predictions are made he will be like this if he is ever introduced. This Barbarian guards the Barbarian Outpost and only lets in people who have proved themselves worthy. To gain entry, he will give you a challenge to experience some of the most grotesque drinks on RuneScape.
