Alfred Grimhand is an unexistant NPC. There have been unverified predictions by many players that he will one day be introduced. He is a Barbarian and if introduced his location is likely to be at the Barbarian Outpost. He created a miniquest named 'The Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl' which involves the player traveling all over Gielnor looking for grotesque beers and drinks. One the player has drank every drink required they gain access to enter the Barbarian Outpost.
