An almond toffee has a chance of being obtained by redeeming 50 Valentine love notes. It boosts your Smithing level temporarily by 2 and heals you for 250 life points.
Like all chocolates, it can be added to your Box of Valentine chocolates, but cannot be removed from the box once added.
The almond toffee was also obtainable through the Treasure Hunter Loot piñata and summer loot piñata promotions. It could be received upon destroying someone else's piñata, or from a piñata loot bag or summer piñata loot bag.
