The Ancient Warriors were four warriors that lived during the 3rd Age. They used equipment that is now known as Ancient Warriors' Equipment, released on 15 October 2008, along with PvP Worlds. The armour may be obtained through PvP and Bounty Worlds as a rare drop or by trading it via the Grand Exchange or with another player. The armour cannot be traded once it has started to degrade. The Ancient Warriors were:

The Ancient Warrior's armour sets, leather and robes are currently the most powerful armour sets in the game. The weapons such as Zuriel's staff, Statius's warhammer, Morrigan's thrown axes and javelins, and Vesta's spear and longsword are commonly used without the armour sets due to their attack bonuses, and being cheaper than the whole sets. Recently, with the Dungeoneering update they are less commonly used, and replaced with chaotic weapons for their much longer duration in combat and higher strength.
