Apmeken is the manifestation of the god, Apmeken. She is fought during Icthlarin's Little Helper, should you pick up the ape-headed Canopic jar. She attacks with both melee and magic, so it is advised to use melee equipment with protect from magic. Doing that should make this fight fairly easy, especially for higher levels.
