Apmeken amethyst is one of the Jewels of the Elid found in Menaphos, in the house adjacent to Menhet, north-west in the Merchant district; the door only opens on certain days. Collecting all 16 gems grants the Jewelled Scarab pet.

- Apmeken amethyst was formerly known as anagamite, introduced to the game on 10 October 2016, but was unused. It was re-purposed and renamed with the release of Menaphos.
- The gem is named after Apmeken, one of the minor gods of the Menaphite Pantheon.
