The arcane capacitor necklace is obtained from Livid Farm for 18,000 produce points. Assuming the maximum activities per cycle, and the use of a mud staff, the cost of runes at Grand Exchange price for 18,000 points is 695,962 coins. This item is required for the use of the Lunar spell, Borrowed Power. You may only possess one at a time.

This necklace has to be charged with 1,000 casts of the spell you want to use, and elemental staves may not be used. Once you charge the necklace, the only way to remove the charges is either by using them or selecting the "Remove-charge" option. You do not receive the necklace back, and any unused runes are reclaimed. Using up all charges of the necklace will destroy it aswell.
