The arcane pulse necklace is obtained as a reward from the Dungeoneering skill and requires 6,500 Dungeoneering tokens to purchase, and requires level 30 Magic and level 30 Dungeoneering to equip. However, due to the cost in tokens, a level of 45 is needed. Due to the fact that many other amulets are superior to the arcane pulse necklace in every way (such as the amulet of magic and amulet of glory), the arcane pulse necklace is generally considered a waste of Dungeoneering tokens.
