The Archer helm (e) was a Fremennik helm that had been enchanted to hold summoning scrolls by Pikkupstix. To wear a Archer helm (e), a player needed 30 Summoning and 45 Defence and had to have completed The Fremennik Trials.

Up to 70 Summoning scrolls could be stored in a Archer helm (e), creating a Archer helm (charged). To charge a Archer helm (e), one simply had to use the scrolls they want to store on them. This would only work with combat-oriented scrolls.
