Armadyl chainskirt detail

The Armadyl chainskirt is a reward from the God Wars Dungeon. It is part of the Armadyl armour set and is classed as Power armour. It requires 70 Defence to wear.

These are the second best non-degrading leg armour for rangers, behind the Anima Core legs of Zamorak, and is the Ranged counterpart to the Bandos tassets (melee) and the gown of subjugation (magic). The prayer bonus also makes it desirable for the TzHaar Fight Cave activity.

Being power armour, this chainskirt offers less defence than its Barrows counterpart Karil's skirt, but it has a Ranged bonus and additionally a prayer bonus as well.

When received with CoinShare active, the Armadyl chainskirt will be dropped as 120 Armadyl chainskirt shards split evenly among the players and sent directly to their banks. 120 shards can be combined to create this item.

Trivia[]

  • The chainskirt was formerly known as the Armadyl plateskirt. This was changed with the clue scroll update on 4 August 2010 which added the Armadyl plateskirt as a clue scroll reward.
  • The chainskirt was updated along with other God Wars armours. Before the graphical update the chainskirt had a somewhat similar look as Statius's platelegs.
