Armadyl rune is a rune released with the Grandmaster quest, Ritual of the Mahjarrat. It can be crafted with a Runecrafting level of 72 after the quest is completed gaining 10 experience. The rune is required to cast the spell Storm of Armadyl and is made from Dust of Armadyl (made from grinding Armadyl shards, dropped only by Glacors) and pure essence. You must bring the ingredients to the air altar in order to craft these runes. The amount of runes per essence is the same as for an air rune, meaning that a minimum of 7 per essence are made due to the level requirement.

Trivia

• It looks similar to an air rune, but the stripes are green. This may be as it is crafted at the air altar.
• The current street price is much higher than the current Grand Exchange price, at around 2,500gp per rune.
