Armicus is a dwarf invited to join the Diamond Jubilee in Varrock. He would prefer for the Queen to come to Keldagrim and work in the Blast Furnace with him. He wonders whether she has the skill level for the Mining cape. He looks identical to Dardar, and ultimately Dardar's father, Blasidar.
