The asylum doctor's ring is a reward from completing Broken Home. It requires level 30 Defence to wear and grants bonuses to Strength, Ranged, and Magic. While wearing the ring, certain monsters may drop undercooked mystery meat when they die.

If lost in the wilderness, it will be dropped to the ground and is reobtainable. Nothing appears for the killer.
