A bagged willow tree can be bought from other players or from the Garden Supplier in Falador Park for 10,000 coins. It is used in construction for a player's garden. With a watering can (with water) in their inventories and a minimum Construction level of 30, players can grow a willow tree in their player owned house gardens in the tree or big tree space. Planting a willow tree earns the planter 100 Construction and Farming experience.

They are a very expensive way to powertrain both construction and farming at the same time. If you were to train farming from 60 to 65 using this method, it would cost you over 13 million.
