The balance elemental engram is an item used in the Memorial to Guthix Distraction and Diversion. It can be found at the standing stones north of the east end of Falador (north of the walls of Falador), inside the hole of the central stone. Abyssal Transit is the benefit of this engram, while active chronicle fragments can be offered from your inventory. This also affects elder chronicles.
It can be right-clicked to teleport the player to Memorial to Guthix.
