The ballista base can be bought from Lanthus for 2 Castle Wars tokens. This is one of the four components used to create a Ballista. When combining the Ballista base, a Ballista bolt stack, a Ballista chamber and a Ballista bow within castle wars you create a Ballista. The Ballista base is one of the weapons that you can't use outside of Castle Wars.
