The Bandosian record keeper is a woman who has devoted her time to assisting Bandos with the war between Armadyl and Bandos by managing player votes for various purposes.
Players can choose to vote for buffs for their faction, which will change every five days with the winning vote being implemented. Players may also choose to help her with issues such as recruitment priorities for bonus experience, in a similar fashion to The Duke's Dilemma from the Battle of Lumbridge.
