Bank Tutor was removed after an update.

The Bank Tutor (or Barb) was a tutor that worked in the Lumbridge Castle bank. She taught players about the banking system, how to use it, and about bank PINs.

Barb was replaced by a normal banker during the Advisors and Objectives update on 17 September 2009, when most tutors were removed in favour of the new Advisor and Objective systems.

Trivia

The Bank tutor would occasionally walk through closed booths and players attempting to bank by clicking her would receive the "I can't reach that!" message. Players could still access their banks via the bank booth however.
