The Bank Tutor (or Barb) was a unique non-player character that worked in the Lumbridge Castle bank. She was the only Tutor that did not tell players about an actual game skill, instead this tutor taught players about the Bank of RuneScape. She taught players about how to use the bank and about bank PIN numbers.
The tutor was replaced by a normal Banker during the Advisors and Objectives update on 17 September 2009 in which most of the Tutors were removed in favour of the new Advisor and Objective systems.
Trivia
- The Bank tutor would occasionally walk through closed booths and players attempting to bank by clicking her would receive the "I can't reach that!" message. Players could still access their banks via the bank booth however.
