Barrels of 'rum' are found on the top floor of the Distillery on Braindeath Island during Pieces of Hate. The player gives them to Baron von Hattenkrapper so he can destroy the entrance to the 'Rum'-geon, releasing the 'Rum'-pumped crabs within.
