Basiliskbane arrowheads are made by smithing Basiliskbane bars on a Kethsian anvil, requiring level 80 Smithing, producing 50 arrowheads and giving 62.5 experience per bar. The heads can then be attached to Headless arrows to create Basiliskbane arrows, requiring level 76 Fletching and giving 150 experience per set of 15 arrows. All of this can only be done after the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest.

Currently, all stacks of 2 or more arrowheads look identical to the other bane arrowheads.
