The ectoplasm-covered bedsheet is obtained by using a bucket of slime on the bedsheet given to you by the innkeeper of Port Phasmatys or by dipping it into the pool at the bottom of the ectofuntus. It is worn in the head slot and is used in the quest Ghosts Ahoy to collect signatures from the ghost villagers.
When worn, the bedsheet makes the player resemble a classic "bedsheet" ghost. The bedsheet is not wearable in any other place than Port Phasmatys; attempting to do so will result in receiving a message, stating: "I'll only wear the bedsheet inside Port Phasmatys."
It is impossible to run or rest while you are wearing a bedsheet. It is also impossible to charter a ship if you have it in your inventory or are wearing it.
