Ben Strainge was a member of the Myreque. When Gar'rth allied himself with Vanstrom Klause and enlisted his aid in killing Tenebra, Ben was tasked with retrieving the legendary sunspear along with seven others, including Gar'rth, Vanstrom, Kendrick and Tam. While in the underground passage that hid the sunspear, the party was split and attacked by bloodveld. Ben was injured and nearly killed, but is saved by Gar'rth. He managed to escape just to fall into the hands of Vanescula Drakan, and was taken before Tenebra. When Gar'rth failed in his assassination attempt, he and Kendrick were killed by Tenebra in retaliation.
