Beret and mask is obtained by talking to Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless with a Black beret and a Mime mask in the inventory. Patchy will charge 500 coins to assemble these 2 items together. Players may have it disassembled for 600 coins.

The Beret and mask can be placed in the Treasure chest in the Costume room of a Player-owned house, even though the Mime mask by itself is not a Treasure trail item. The mime mask can be obtained by the mime random event.
