The Big Snake is a large snake encountered in the Freeing King Awowogei subquest of Recipe for Disaster. It uses a poisonous melee attack.

Habitat

Five big snakes spawn in the Crash Island Dungeon. They are aggressive to players with a low combat, so it's recommended to use the Protect from Melee prayer. The snake corpse that it drops is used during the Recipe for Disaster subquest, Freeing King Awowogei. They also drop the giant snake spine which is needed to complete the wishlist for the Fur 'n' Seek quest. If you kill all the snakes, they won't respawn unless you reenter the dungeon.

If you are too close to the walls, the snakes popping in and out of holes can hurt and poison you as well. These snakes are unattackable. Snakes will also pop out of the floor and every single hole in the wall when you first enter the dungeon, but most of them will not pop out after.
