A Big bass is a larger version of a bass. It is randomly caught and rare because fishing with a big net is an uncommon way for players to train Fishing. Although a Big bass can be cooked and eaten, the main purpose is to hang it up in the Skill Hall of a player-owned house using the Construction skill.
It takes 46 Fishing to catch a big bass and 36 Construction to hang it on the wall. A big bass gives 151 construction experience when hung on the wall.
It costs 1,000 coins to stuff a big bass at the Taxidermist.
Big bass can also be cooked at level 43 Cooking, just like normal bass. When cooked, they will turn into a normal cooked or burnt bass.
