Big event mystery boxes are reward items available from the Gielinorian Giving seasonal event. They are earned by giving Kat, Zoed, and Lau'Ra specific amounts of charity tokens for progress in the event, or by directly converting the tokens at a rate of 500 tokens per one big event mystery box. They contain a variety of Treasure Hunter items and some event-specific items which may be claimed if the mystery box is opened throughout the duration of the event.
When opened, big event mystery boxes yield a total assortment of five rewards, and the box is destroyed. Five open inventory spaces are required to open a box.
Ironman players will receive a message when reaching the 2,000 and 4,000 tokens marks as follows: Ironmen can't receive mystery boxes from this event.
