A black Naval shirt can be purchased at Trouble Brewing from Honest Jimmy for 100 Pieces of Eight. It is for decoration only, and has no combat bonuses. It cannot be resold to the shop.
Naval shirts can also be stored in the Player owned house Costume room along with Navy slacks and a Tricorn hat of the same colour.
