Blinded by Ramarno's Teaching is an achievement that requires the player to give Ramarno a redberry pie after Defender of Varrock in order to claim the post-quest 1,000 smithing experience reward. Ramarno can be found by the Sacred Forge, found by entering the hole by the white tree at the top of Ice Mountain. A light source is recommended to avoid taking damage.
