The blisterwood stakes are throwing weapons fletched from blisterwood logs released as a reward along with the Blisterwood staff and the Blisterwood polearm from The Branches of Darkmeyer. All three weapons require 70 Fletching to make. The stakes require 70 Ranged. You can get the Strange Rocks from making these weapons. Its stats are similar to that of adamant knives, only with 2 lower ranged strength. IT attacks with the same speed as darts.
The stakes seem to have a certain minimum hit, they will only hit less when the vyre is on his/her last bit of health. The minimum hit goes up by 10 for every 50 vyre corpses you burn. ( QFC: 15-16-865-63161898 , page 3 )
