The blood diamond is one of four Diamonds of Azzanadra obtained during the Desert Treasure quest. It is obtained by defeating Dessous and then talking to Malak who will give the player the diamond.
It is recommended that players deposit Diamonds of Azzanadra in the bank as soon as they obtain them, as a level 116 stranger may appear and attack anyone holding one of these gems. Each additional diamond in one's inventory increases the likelihood of being attacked.
Trivia
- This diamond was formerly known as the "blood diamond", then was changed to the "bloodfire diamond", and then back to its current name.
- You can obtain a duplicate of this diamond with the Drop Trick. Simply drop your diamond, speak to Malak for another, and pick up your first one.
