The Blood ethereal outfit is a Runecrafting outfit that is acquired from Treasure Hunter.
From 17 October 2014 0:00 UTC to 17 October 2014 23:59 UTC and 19 October to 20 October 2014 23:59 UTC, it was possible to obtain the blood ethereal outfit.
Pieces of the Blood ethereal outfit can only be traded for other parts of either the law, blood, or death ethereal outfits. They cannot be traded for anything else.
Equipping all pieces of the outfit increase the chance of double runes while in the Runespan by 5%. It also allows free movement between Runespan platforms, although you must still meet the requirements for a given type of platform. When all pieces of the outfit are worn, there is a 25% chance that the player's rune pouches will not degrade while runecrafting. The outfit can store 6 rune essence or pure essence.
The ethereal body and legs grant a weight-reducing effect when worn since the 3 November 2014 update.
The legs also work as the Morytania legs 2 or higher when creating Blood Runes at the Blood Rune Altar.
If the player has a complete set of the Master runecrafter robes and Wicked robes, they will get the additional bonuses when in the Runespan and while Runecrafting. This outfit, along with the Law ethereal outfit, and Death ethereal outfit, can be combined to make the Infinity ethereal outfit for additional benefits.
