The bone ladder is used to access the upper level of the Runespan from the middle level. The ladder requires level 66 Runecrafting to use and is located in the south-western corner of the middle floor in the Runespan.
It is possible to use a temporary boost from spicy stews to ascend at 60-65 Runecrafting. However, a +6 boost is extremely rare, so a Runecrafting level of at least 61 is highly recommended.
