Given the 5% activation chance, one can expect to consume a full amulet in 100 potions - making 305 doses of overload from 300 doses-worth of supplies. This reduces the average cost of a 3-dose overload from 121,051 coins to 119,588.41 coins.
The amulet can be used in conjunction with at least three pieces of the factory outfit, modified botanist's mask, Morytania legs 4 (for prayer renewals), and portable wells to further reduce costs.
