The bouquet is a members' item that can be bought from Diango to celebrate the wedding between the King Black Dragon and the Kalphite Queen (and the real life marriage between Prince William and Kate Middleton which it parodies). Once wielded, they can be right-clicked from the equipment screen and thrown. Any player can then "take" the bouquet, this causes a short animation after which the bouquet can be thrown again. The bouquet never actually leaves the inventory of the player who threw it. Alternatively, the bouquet will return to the player after exactly a minute once thrown. As well as the animation, any other players around can pick up the bouquet as soon as it is thrown, skipping the loot wait time.
The bouquet is largely dependent on the stats of a player. Notably, Ranged level affects the accuracy with which you throw the bouquet. Strength level affects the distance which you are able to throw the bouquet.

Effect of Strength level on distance thrown (assumes 83+ Ranged for perfect accuracy)
0 Strength | 3 Squares |
13 Strength | 4 Squares |
38 Strength | 5 Squares |
63 Strength | 6 Squares |
87 Strength | 7 Squares |
111 Strength | 8 Squares |
Note: Temporary boosts, potions or otherwise, DO affect the distance and with what accuracy that you can throw the bouquet.
Ranged level also has a direct effect on throwing the bouquet.
At 0-16 Ranged (the smallest obtainable accuracy), there is a 7x7 square of deviation from perfect. With 111 or higher Strength, for example, you can throw as little as 5 squares and as many as 11 squares behind yourself, as well as 3 squares to the left or right from straight behind you. You can throw any combination from 1-3 either way at random. This is similar in the other ranges of deviation from perfect listed in the table.
0 Ranged | 7x7 square of deviation |
17 Ranged | 5x5 square of deviation |
50 Ranged | 3x3 square of deviation |
83 Ranged | No deviation |
Note: The square of deviation is measured from perfect. In effect, if you are 99 strength and 83 ranged you will always throw directly behind your character to exactly 7 squares. With 99 strength and 50 ranged you could throw 6-8 squares behind your character and 1 square to the left or right.

Trivia[]
- After the Evolution of Combat, when a player wielded a bouquet their standing and running animations changed to the old default animations from before the update. This has since been fixed.
- The bouquet would be held in a different angle (pointing more towards the ground) if certain off-hand items were equipped. Shields will cause this to happen while god books and off-hand darts have no effect.
- When examined on the ground, the message becomes "A beautiful bouquet of flowers." without the second part.
