Brawling gloves (Cooking) (also known as Cooking brawling gloves) are obtained as a drop from Revenants, the Chaos Elemental, or from the rare drop table.

The gloves provide 50% bonus while training on the Cooking skill. In addition, the gloves provide a 300% bonus to experience if players train while in the Wilderness. The gloves do not last for a certain period of time as many people wrongly believe, and disintegrate after around 1,109 successful cooking actions performed.

They provide no Attack or Defence bonuses.

Training

  • Cooking sharks in the Wilderness would result to 924 experience per shark. This would add up to 840k experience per a set of gloves.
  • Cooking rocktail in the Wilderness would result to more than 900 experience per rocktail. This would add up to 900k experience per a set of gloves.
  • Making summer pies in the Wilderness would result to more than 1040 experience per pie. This would add up to 1040k experience per a set of gloves.
  • Making wine in the Wilderness gives 800 experience and when making a full inventory. A hidden update has now made each wine count as 1 charge, making this method less useful for using the gloves.
  • The ideal place to train in the Wilderness is next to the lever that teleports you to the Mage arena cave, as this gives you access to a bank, and allows for a quick teleport if you are attacked.
