Breana Fitzharmon, née Leptoc was a former Varrockian noble that married into the Fitzharmon family in the Fourth Age. Originally she came from the Leptoc family, a long-running line of nobility in Varrock, formerly called Avarrocka. Their descendants used to live in the city today, and held power and status in the area, owning a fairly large estate to the west of the city.
Breana is referenced by name only in the Defender of Varrock quest.
