A brilliant wisp is a tier 9 wisp harvested in the Divination skill. Upon being harvested, it will transform into a brilliant spring, from which brilliant memories and brilliant energy may be gathered.
Each harvest of a brilliant wisp yields 9 divination experience, 18 if an Enriched brilliant memory is harvested.
