Broken hands are items in the Rocking Out quest. 5 of them are given by Brass Hand Harry to be repaired, using the Smithing skill. To repair it, these hands are first taken apart into individual hand parts. After that, these hand parts are stitched together, with 2 bronze wires and a hammer in the inventory, to form a Brass hand.
