Bronze helm detail
Bronze helm chathead

The Bronze helm is the weakest helm. It can be equipped to give a player (slightly) better defence bonuses in combat. Its recommended use is in melee combat. Players can make a bronze helm with the Smithing skill at level 3 using 1 bronze bar, and having a hammer in their inventory (or stored in their toolbelt), giving the player 12.5 Smithing experience. Players can purchase this helmet from Peksa's Helmet Shop in Gunnarsgrunn or at the Warriors' Guild Armoury in Burthorpe. It is required for the Black Knights' Fortress, King's Ransom and While Guthix Sleeps quests. Bronze helms respawn in the south-eastern corner of Draynor Manor. Falador and Ardougne guards seem to wear striped bronze helms.
